Are the iDBUS arrival times guaranteed?
Your iDBUS coach travels the same routes as other road users. It is therefore subject to the same traffic conditions. However, the iDBUS timetable has been drawn up to avoid as much traffic congestion as possible. Our information system, big screens in the stations and our internet site issue regular information about the arrival time of your iDBUS coach so that you, your friends and your family can make the necessary arrangements. iDBUS uses cutting-edge technology and works day and night to keep you informed to ensure that you can travel with total peace of mind.

Can I board/disembark at a different station from the one indicated on my iDBUS ticket?
iDBUS applies different prices for each destination. This means that you must board and disembark from your iDBUS coach at the stations indicated on your ticket.

Can I make a booking for more than 9 people with iDBUS?
The maximum number of seats you may book is 9. For larger groups you will have to make several bookings, subject to availability of seats. Consult our group rates.

Does iDBUS have a loyalty programme?
iDBUS does not currently have a loyalty programme. SNCF loyalty programs and cards cannot be used for iDBUS tickets. Sign up for our newsletter and find out the latest on iDBUS.

Does iDBUS offer group rates?
At iDBUS we like small groups and families. When you book 4 seats on the same coach, you only pay for 3, and if you book 5 seats you only pay for 4, etc. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, invite your friends and acquaintances and make a group booking to benefit from the special group rates.

How do I go about choosing my seat in my iDBUS coach?
iDBUS allocates you a seat when you book your ticket. On certain lines you can choose your seat from those available:
- on idbus.com, when booking;
- via Customer Services, Monday to Saturday from 07.00 am to 08.00 pm on 0844 369 0 37 (£0,05/min. plus network extras)
Changing your seat on the iDBUS coach is really easy:
- Go to "My bookings" and enter your booking reference as well as the e-mail address you provided when you booked your iDBUS ticket.
- Select "Change seat" in the left-hand column.
- Select the desired seat from those available.
- Confirm your selection.

What is the procedure for crossing the Channel when travelling between France and England?
Most of our coaches cross the Channel on the Shuttle – the Eurotunnel – whereby the coach is loaded onto a train. Some iDBUS coaches travel by ferry. Identity documents are checked by the border police. Find out more about procedures when crossing the border.

What methods of payment are accepted on the iDBUS website?
Idbus.com accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue and MasterCard, as well as vouchers you have received when changing a ticket. It is currently not possible to pay for your tickets with iDEAL, Paypal or any other methods of online payment. However, iDBUS will soon start offering these facilities. Which travel documents do I need?
To find out which documents you need for crossing the border, please consult the website of the EU. Passengers travelling within the Schengen zone are not usually required to disembark the iDBUS coach for an identity check at the border. Border police on both sides carry out standard passenger checks when crossing the border to England. Therefore, you will have to get off the bus therefore before crossing the Channel. The procedure only takes a few minutes.
