SCOPE
1.1 The present General Terms(herein after referred to as “Terms of Sale”) shall apply between the company SNCF-C6, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU), with a share capital of 6.000.000 €, headquartered in 34 avenue du Commandant Mouchotte – 75014 Paris, registered with the register of companies under the number 519 037 147 (herein after referred to as “iDBUS ”, “Us” or “We”), and the traveller purchasing a ticket or any other Ancillary service via the Website www.idbus.co.uk (herein after referred to as “You”), the partners sites, or by phone. iDBUS is authorised to operate international regular transport of passengers by bus on the basis of the licence n° 2012/11/0000426, delivered by Ile-de-France region, Prefect of Paris.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 “Ticket” means the bus transportation document delivered by iDBUS in Passenger’s name which is personal and not transferable.
2.2 “Purchase voucher” means a voucher which shall not be valid for a period that exceeds one year and which can be used to purchase Tickets or any other Ancillary services on the Website. Each Purchase voucher is valid once, notwithstanding the case when its value exceeds the value of the purchase. In this case, the Passenger agrees that no refund will be applicable and the Purchase voucher cannot be reused for a later purchase.
2.3 “Order” means any reservation operated and validated by the Traveller on the Website or by phone.
2.4 “Travel dossier” means a folder which contains all the characteristics of a journey, which is associated to a reference number and which is communicated to the Traveller by means of a confirmation e-mail in order to allow him to print the Ticket and/or to contact the Customer service.
2.5 “Ancillary services” means any provision, other than the Ticket which is offered via the Website.
2.6 « Website » means the website operated by iDBUS and located at the URL www.idbus.co.uk to which Passengers can connect to find out about iDBUS offer.
2.7 « Transport contract » means the contract between iDBUS and the Passenger by which iDBUS shall undertake to transport the Passenger by bus from the departure point to the chosen destination. In return the Traveller shall undertake to pay the price/s of the Ticket/s.
2.8 « Force majeure » means any unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstance as defined by the doctrine and by the case law.
2.9 « iDBUS Services or Services » means all online services, transport services or any other ancillary services delivered by iDBUS.
2.10 « Passenger » means the person whom personal data are mentioned on the Ticket.
APPLICATION
3.1 The present Terms and conditions shall apply to any iDBUS services available via the Website, partners’ websites or by phone.
3.2 The finalization of any order shall only be effective on condition that (i) You give full acceptance to the present Terms and conditions (ii) You communicate your bank coordinates (iv) full payment of the Services have been confirmed. The full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is expressed by the completion of a mandatory consisting in the ticking of a box. The acceptance of the Present Terms and conditions by phone is made orally. You are able to access the text of the present Terms and conditions and download it from the Website at any time of your convenience.
3.3 Since the present Terms and conditions may be subject to further amendments, the applicable Terms are those in force at the moment of the placement of the Order.
4. CONTRAT CONCLUSION
Conditions of placing Orders
4.1 You hereby declare that You are at least 18 years old and that You have legal capacity or a parental authorisation to place an Order. You are financially liable for any Order that You have placed in your name or on behalf of third parties, minors included, except the case of a proven fraud which is not imputable to You.
4.2 You guarantee the truth and accuracy of the information provided by yourself or by any third party using your data unless You deliver the proof that You have been victim of a fraud which is neither due to your fault nor to your negligence.
4.3 Any violation of these principles may result in the refusal to finalise the Order or to provide services.
4.4 Before placing an Order on behalf of a Passenger You must ensure the full acceptance of the Terms by the concerned Passenger. The use of a Ticket equals acceptance of the Terms by the concerned Passenger.
4.5 All information regarding your Order is included in your Travel dossier.
Ordering and printing of Tickets on the Website
4.6 All reservations are subject to availability of seats on the service for which you request a reservation. You will not be given a reservation if no seats are available on the service.
4.7 The Order of a Ticket on the Website follows the steps set out below and will only be effective after the payment of the full Ticket price.
Selecting the Ticket
4.8 When You make an online research on the Websites engine You have to choose:
- The number of Passengers (within established limits) ;
- The date/s and of the outward and inward segments;
- The journey;
- The number of luggage (no more than 2 checked-in luggage per Passenger) ;
- Where applicable, the Ancillary services.
4.9 When placing an Order for a return journey, the same Passenger must carry out the outward bound journey and the inward bound journey. If the Passenger carrying out the outward bound journey is not the same as the Passenger carrying out the inward bound journey two single Tickets must be ordered.
4.10 Upon your request, the Website displays one or more offers. After clicking on the link with your choice, You must insert your bank details (surname, forename, valid e-mail).
4.11 A summary screen providing full details of your journey, contact details of the Passenger/s and total price will appear in order to allow You to verify in detail the Order and to correct possible errors. You will then be asked to verify that all information related to your journey corresponds to your needs (date, time, origin and destination, price) and that information related to Passengers’ marital status is true, accurate and exact. You cannot change this information anymore once the Order is validated.
Placing an Order
4.12 If You want to create the Ticket during the Order proceedings, You must tick the box indicating that You wish to enter information related to the Passenger at a later stage and proceed immediately to the creation of the Ticket. It is also possible to provide information related to the Passenger at a later stage and proceed to the creation of the Ticket after the payment of the Order.
Paying for the Ticket
4.13 Payment is made exclusively via credit cards, for a minimum amount of £1 and a maximum of £860 per day and per bank card. Furthermore, for security reasons and in order to limit the risks in the event of bank card fraud, You cannot make more than three payments per day with the same bank card. The methods of payment accepted are:
- Bank cards issued in the European Union and in the following countries: Algeria Andorra, Brazil, Canada, Chile, United States, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Monaco, Switzerland, Tunisia and Turkey by EUROCARD, MASTERCARD and VISA networks.
- Payments are encrypted using the SSL procedure.
4.14 When a Purchase voucher is used to make the payment, if the value of the Purchase voucher is higher than the price of the Order, iDBUS does not refund the difference between the value of the said voucher and the price of the Order. Such difference is lost.
4.15 Furthermore, should the payment incur an irregularity or inconsistency or should the payment be annulled on your exclusive liability, the Order will be immediately annulled and the incurred costs of such annulment will remain at your exclusive charge.
Confirmation of the Order
4.16 After paying for the Order, a confirmation will be automatically sent via e-mail. Such confirmation will contain the details of the Order and the reference number of the Travel dossier.
4.17 iDBUS declines any responsibility in the event You do not receive said e-mail if such situation would not be caused by iDBUS failure to fulfil its obligations (case of force majeure, error of the e-mail address provided to iDBUS, incorrect settings of your e-mail inbox, etc.)
How to create the Ticket after paying for the Order
4.18 After paying for the Order, You can proceed to the creation of the Ticket:
- Immediately after placing the Order on the Website by clicking on the “Print” link ;
- From within your confirmation e-mail, by clicking on the “Print” link and indicating the first and last names and date of birth of the Passenger ;
- Via the Website, by clicking on the “Print my tickets” link and indicating (i) your e-mail address and your Travel dossier reference number, or (ii) your Travel dossier reference number and your first and last names or (iii) your email address, your journey and your date of departure. You will then have access of the webpage that will create the Ticket where You must indicate your first and last names and date of birth.
4.19 iDBUS declines any responsibility for the anomalies that may occur when placing an Order or when creating the Ticket if these anomalies where not intentionally provoked by iDBUS or subsequent to negligence of the latter.
4.20 Finally, in accordance with article 8 of the Terms of Sale, each exchange of an Ticket is subject to the creation of another Ticket via the Website.
Printing of the Ticket
4.21 The printing of the Ticket can be carried out after the creation of said Ticket through:
- Your confirmation-mail, by clicking on the “Print” link; or
- The Website, by clicking on the “Print my tickets” link and indicating (i) your e-mail address and your Travel dossier reference number, or (ii) your Travel dossier reference number and your first and last names or (iii) your email address, your journey and your date of departure.
4.22 Important: the confirmation e-mail does not count as Ticket. You should print the Ticket/s according to the instructions listed in the “Help” section of the confirmation e-mail. Failure to observe these instructions can result in iDBUS right to refuse access on board. It is therefore your responsibility to check that all information (identity, e-mail, age etc.) provided with the Order is correct and to print the Ticket/s according to iDBUS’s instructions. iDBUS declines any responsibility for any anomalies that could occur when printing the Ticket if such anomalies were not intentionally provoked by iDBUS or subsequent to negligence of the latter.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 Prices include all taxes.
5.2 Price of a Ticket includes the transport of a checked-in luggage. The transport of a second checked-in luggage is subject to an additional payment amounting £5.
5.3 Furthermore, the authorities of certain counties may impose taxes and additional costs (e.g. tourist tax, resort fee, visa and/or tourist card fees etc.). These taxes and additional costs are not included in the price.
6. TIKETS
6.1 The Ticket is the document that formalises the Transport contract between the Passenger and iDBUS. The Ticket is personal and not transferable. It is mandatory to present the Ticket before boarding. Before boarding Passengers will also be required to provide a proof of identity (e.g. identity card, passport, driving licence, residence permit, authorised family record for children). This will enable our boarding staff to verify the conformity of the information on the Ticket. This boarding screening is independent of the formalities connected to board crossings which remain solely to Travellers’ liability (see section 11).
6.2 Tickets are non-reimbursable but exchangeable according to applicable exchange conditions. Deductions may be applicable, subject to the date of your exchange/annulment request.
6.3 Lost or stolen Tickets will not be reimbursed. In such case please reprint the Ticket via the Website or via your confirmation e-mail.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 In accordance with article 3(k) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, passenger transport services are not under the scope of said directive and consequently are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal.
7.2 Furthermore, according the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Regulation 6, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the provision of transport.
7.3 Consequently, Tickets and Ancillary services ordered via the Website or by phone are solely subject to the exchange and annulment conditions set out in the present Terms of Sale.
8. EXCHANGES
8.1 Tickets are personal, not transferable and solely valid for the ordered journey. Tickets shall be exchanged via the Website or by phone in order to modify one or more of the following items:
- Day and/or time of departure;
- Journey;
- Passenger’s title, first and last names and date of birth;
- Ancillary services.
8.2 Tickets may be exchanged only for other iDBUS Tickets. The exchange methods vary according to the items subject to exchange.
8.3 Exchange of the identity of the Passenger: Exchange of the identity of the Passenger is free of charge if requested within 12 hours after the purchase of the Ticket. In all other cases, the exchange via the Website will generate processing fees amounting to £5 per Passenger and concerned segment (1 Ticket outward or inward = 1 segment and 1 Ticket outward and inward = 2 segments). Beyond the 12 hours after the purchase of the Ticket the exchange by phone will generate processing fees amounting to £10 per Passenger and concerned segment (1 Ticket outward or inward = 1 segment and 1 Ticket outward and inward = 2 segments).
8.4 Exchange of the journey or of the journey timetables. Exchange of the journey or of the journey timetables via the Website will generate processing fees amounting to £5 per Passenger and concerned segment (1 Ticket outward or inward = 1 segment and 1 Ticket outward and inward = 2 segments). Exchange of the journey or of the journey timetables by phone will generate processing fees amounting to £10 per Passenger and concerned segment (1 Ticket outward or inward = 1 segment and 1 Ticket outward and inward = 2 segments).
8.5 Exchange of a Ticket is only possible if all the following conditions are met:
- The rate of the initial Ticket allows for exchange (some promotional rates cannot be exchanged);
- The exchange is requested at least 12 hours before departure and within the opening hours of the exchange centre, when the exchange is made by phone;
- There are available places for the new journey;
- Should the price of the new Ticket be higher than the price of the exchanged Ticket, You must pay the difference as well as the processing fees;
- Should the price of the new Ticket be lower than the price of the exchanged Ticket, You will receive a Purchase voucher for the difference after deduction of the processing fees;
- Exchange of Ancillary services is only possible if the exchange is attached to a Ticket for a bus with places open to reservation and if the Ancillary service concerned is not described as non-exchangeable on the Website;
- Exchange is only possible before the closure of the Tickets’ sale, in particular the latest 12 hours before the departure of the bus.
8.6 Each of the above mentioned exchanges require the creation of a new Ticket and the sending of a new confirmation e-mail. In such case, the Traveller is requested to print the new Ticket.
8.7 iDBUS declines any responsibility in the event the Passenger does not receive the confirmation e-mail if such situation would not be caused by iDBUS failing to fulfil its obligations (e.g. case of force majeure, error of the e-mail address provided to iDBUS by the Passenger, incorrect settings of your e-mail inbox, etc.)
9. iDBUS OBLIGATIONS
9.1 iDBUS makes reasonable efforts to the extent within its control to ensure your safety. The driver takes all safety measures and, if necessary, gives instructions which are mandatory to all Travellers. Stops are at iDBUS’ or drivers’ discretion and subject to safety obligations set out in the social legislation related to driving and rest periods for drivers as well as to any other particular need.
9.2 It is forbidden to transport dangerous or illicit goods such as, in particular:
- Drugs;
- Weapons;
- Fuels;
- Batteries with electrolyte;
- Fireworks, firecrackers, Bengal lights, flares, gun replicas, fire-lighters, tear gas;
- Camping stoves, gas cylinders, oxygen cylinders.
10. PASSENGERS’ OBLIGATIONS
10.1 Passengers are required to comply with a set of rules of conduct on board. In particular, Passengers are required to:
- Fasten seat belts for the entire duration of the journey.
- Respect all safety instructions given by the driver or transmitted via the passengers’ information system;
- Respect the cleanliness of the premises and of the equipment.
- Sit on the seat indicated on your Ticket. If You want to change seat, You must contact our Customer service or previous to the journey or, at the time of boarding, see the driver who, at his entire discretion, will either accept or refuse this change. iDBUS may alter the seat which is assigned to you at any time.
- Get off the bus by the back door and return to the bus punctually within the time allowed for a halt.
- Get off the bus if the drivers, police or custom authorities will demand it.
- Conduct yourself calmly and silently;
- Keep your mobile telephone on «silent» mode for the entire duration of the journey.
- Keep the children You are travelling with under your responsibility and exercise special surveillance as to permanently ensure the respect of the safety rules on board.
In addition, Passenger shall not :
- Speak to the driver through the entire journey.
- Obstruct the driver, crew, officer or staff in the performance of their duties or fail to comply with their instructions;
- Circulate on the central aisle during the drive, except for going to the toilet ;
- Eat on board;
- Smoke and/or drink alcohol or to use drugs during all journey.
- Remove the checked-in luggage during the drive, unless justified case (ex. medical obligation);
- Use a noise or sound producing device (unless You use a headset).
- Board at an intermediary point (ex in Lille for a ticket Paris-London on a journey Paris-Lille-London).
10.2 If the Passenger fail to comply with any of the behavior rules listed in article 10.1 or, in general, with any of the rules set out in the Terms or we have reason to believe he may continue any conduct in breach of those behavior rules, we shall be entitled to restrain him/her, remove him/her from the bus or station, refuse him/her further carriage, cancel his/her Ticket without refund, and take any other measures as we consider necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct.
11. HEALTH AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
11.1 You are informed on the Website and via the confirmation e-mail with regard to the administrative and/or health requirements set out for the journey. It is your sole responsibility and also from the Passenger to become aware of this information. Information on the Website concern solely nationals form the European Economic Area.
11.2 The police, customs and health formalities which are necessary for your journey and those from the potential other Passengers and the costs resulting from such formalities (e.g. holding of a passport, identity card, residence card, visa, medical certificate etc.) are at Passenger’s complete charge.
11.3 Nationals out of the European Economic Area are strongly advised to request information on such formalities from the competent authorities in their countries of origin, destination and transit prior to buying Tickets.
11.4 iDBUS declines any responsibility in the event when, in particular due to non-compliance with administrative and health requirements, You or the Passenger are not able to respect the departure time and date or to pass the boarder during the journey.
11.5 iDBUS cannot be hold responsible for the actions and decisions of the Immigration and Customs Officers.
11.6 If a bus is required to stop at any immigration, passport or customs check-point, the bus will wait for a reasonable period to enable all normal checks to be carried out. However, the bus will not be obliged to wait for Passengers who are detained or delayed for any reason, and will be entitled to depart after that reasonable period leaving any detained or delayed Passengers behind. Any luggage belonging to Passengers left behind will be at the risk of those Passengers and iDBUS will not be liable for any loss or damage to that luggage.
12. MINORS
12.1 Minors under the age of 16 unaccompanied by a person with parental authority over them are not accepted on board. Minors between 16 and 18 years unaccompanied by a person with parental authority over them are accepted on board only if they are in possession of all necessary documents for border crossing (identity card + permission to travel aboard or passport).
13. PETS
13.1 Pets are not allowed on board, except for certified guide dogs for blind Passengers. For international journeys only You are informed that guide dogs transport may be subject to prior mandatory formalities and that it is your complete responsibility to check and comply with these formalities.
14. BOARDING AND DENIED BOARDING
14.1 Passengers are strongly recommended to be at the point of embarkation at least 30 minutes before the departure time as indicated on the Ticket and in any case at least 10 minutes before the departure.
14.2 iDBUS reserves the right to deny boarding for Passengers who are not compliant with the obligations set out in the Terms of Sale, in particular if Passengers are not in possession of a Ticket and/or a valid identity document or they are not at the point of embarkation within the time limits given before the departure time. In such cases Passengers are not entitled to a full or partial reimbursement of the Ticket or to any other compensation.
15. LUGGAGE
15.1 You are entitled to carry with You two (2) Hand luggage not exceeding 40 X 30 X 15 and one (1) Checked-in luggage not exceeding 150 cm in total and 16 kg. Transport of a second checked-in luggage is subject to available place and to an additional fee amounting £5 on condition that it not exceed the above-mentioned measures and weight (150 cm in total and 16 kg ).
15.2 iDBUS reserves the right to refuse luggage exceeding weight, dimensions and nature as indicated in the Terms and conditions and luggage which may be considered as detrimental to transport safety.
15.3 Items such as bicycle, skis, music instruments etc. are strictly forbidden. Without prejudice to section 9.2, transport of illegal and dangerous goods (weapons, toxic, flammable and pollutant products etc.) is strictly forbidden. In addition iDBUS may refuse any other items or substances which:
- are not permitted to carry under the law of any country through which You may pass;
- are in our opinion unsafe, or may cause injury or damage to property;
- are considered by us to be unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight, size, shape or character;
- are fragile or perishable.
15.4 iDBUS declines any responsibility for hand luggage which remain under Passengers’ surveillance during the entire journey.
15.5 Checked-in luggage shall be duly packed in suitcases, gags or other suitable containers resistant to normal handling. Fragile objects shall be specially packed and indicated as such. Luggage packing is the sole responsibility of the Passengers. We draw your attention on your entire responsibility in the event of damages caused by your luggage to third parties (persons or goods).
15.6 Small valuable items such as money, medication, jewelry, precious metals, laptop computers, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports, visas, tickets and identification documents should not be stowed in the checked-in luggage under any circumstances but should be taken on board as hand luggage and should not be left unattended. Where possible, small valuable items should be carried on your person.
15.7 Each luggage must be labelled with the name of the Passenger, address, phone number and, if possible, e-mail.
15.8 Passengers are responsible for the handling of their luggage during transit and frontier controls.
15.9 For security reasons, Passengers authorise iDBUS to undertake inspections of the luggage. In the event of a refusal to submit to such inspections, iDBUS has the right to refuse the transport of the concerned luggage.
15.10 At the end of the journey, Passengers are requested to ensure that they took all their belongings and no objects have been left inside the bus.
15.11 In the event of lost or damaged Checked-in luggage, a compensation of 150 € per piece of Checked-in luggage will be allocated subject to a proved damage and except for iDBUS gross negligence. Any loss or damage of a checked-in luggage must be immediately indicated to iDBUS staff or no claims will be accepted at a later stage.
16. DELAYS (respect of timetables)
16.1 Departure and arrival times as indicated on the Website and on the Tickets shall be read in local times. iDBUS makes reasonable efforts to the extent within its control to respect timetables. However changes in the timetables may occur due to various causes (traffic, car/bus breakdown, accident, strikes, weather conditions etc.). In this case iDBUS will make reasonable efforts to the extent within its control to inform You as soon as reasonably practicable via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address recorded at the time of the Order. iDBUS declines any responsibility if You refused to provide contact information with the Order or if the contact information is incorrect and consequently the Passenger or yourself do not receive information regarding changes of the reservation.
16.2 In the event of arrival with a delay attributed to a case of force majeure, iDBUS declines any responsibility for damages caused to You or eventual Passengers who will not be entitled to a full or partial reimbursement of the Ticket or to any other compensation.
16.3 iDBUS reserves the right to alter any timetables or terminate a service once it has commenced and to substitute an alternative service.
17. CANCELLATIONS
17.1 In the event a scheduled bus must to be cancelled or if the departure should be delayed by more than 120 minutes iIDBUS will make all reasonable efforts to the extent within its control to inform You within the shortest possible timeframe via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address that You recorded at the time of your Order.
17.2 If such cancellation or delay can be attributed to iIDBUS in its quality as transporter, iIDBUS may offer the Passenger within the shortest possible timeframe, under comparable conditions and without additional costs a Ticket for another iIDBUS bus scheduled for the same destination and circulating at different dates and/or times. iIDBUS may also offer the reimbursement of the Ticket and, if necessary, one journey free of charge and without delay at the initial point of the Transport contract. In such case You will lose all rights to compensation or reimbursement in terms of this article.
17.3 If such proposal is not made or in the event You refuse or do not respond to it within a period of three calendar days after receiving it, a Purchase voucher will be issued in your name for an amount identical to the amount that You paid for the purchase of your cancelled Ticket plus any Ancillary services attached to this Ticket if applicable. Such Purchase voucher will be sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address that You recorded at the time of the Order.
17.4 You will however have the possibility to contact our Customer services via Internet and to ask that such Purchase order be cancelled and transformed into a refund for the exact price of the cancelled Ticket plus any attached Ancillary services or supplements. This refund will be made on the bank account of the person who initially paid for the cancelled Ticket. No reimbursement can be made if the Purchase voucher delivered following the cancellation has been fully or partially used.
17.5 In the event of changings, delays or cancellations attributed to a case of force majeure, iDBUS declines any responsibility for damages caused to Passengers who will not be entitled in any case to a full or partial reimbursement of the Ticket or to any other compensation.
18 INSSURANCES
18.1 Prices available on the Website do not include insurances. Therefore iDBUS recommends the purchase of an insurance policy to cover the consequences of certain cases of cancellation and the purchase of an assistance contract to cover, in particular, costs incurred by repatriation in the event of accident or illness.
19 GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
iDBUS
19.1 iDBUS makes all reasonable efforts to the extent within its control to satisfy Passengers during their journey. iDBUS in its quality as transporter is liable in particular for bodily and material damage undergone by Passengers and which are caused within its operation of the road transportation services. The above mentioned responsibility rules apply according to the ordinary law of the Transport contract.
19.2 Consequently, iDBUS may not be held liable for partial or entire failure to perform or for improper performance of the Transport contract in the event of Passengers’ fault, unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party or force majeure.
Use of iDBUS Website
19.3 iDBUS neither guarantees that iDBUS Website is free of anomalies and errors nor that such anomalies may be corrected. Furthermore, iDBUS neither guarantees that the Website will operate without interruption or failure nor that is compatible with certain type of configuration.
19.4 In any case, iDBUS may not be held liable for malfunctions due to software and hardware belonging to third parties.
19.5 In any case, iDBUS may not be held liable for any foreseeable or unforeseeable damage or any direct or consequential damage (including, e.g., loss of profits or opportunity) arising from the use or from the impossibility, in total or in part, to use the Website. Lastly, iDBUS may not be held liable for the content of the websites towards which it refers through web-links due to the fact that iDBUS does not have control over such contents which are solely meant to facilitate Passengers’ research.
19.6 You declare that You are aware of Internet’s characteristics and limits, in particular with regard to technical performances, the response time for consulting, processing or transferring information, and risks related the security of electronic communications. You declare that You have checked your computer configuration for viruses which is in fully functional state.
20 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
20.1 iDBUS and its partners own all intellectual property rights over all elements and contents on the Website and over all documents transmitted by iDBUS. 21 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
21.1 Information you provide on the Website is required and is necessary to iDBUS and its partners to process the Orders and to manage the Travel dossiers. Such information is also necessary to manage the subscription to iDBUS’s newsletters.

22 ASSISTANCE AND CLAIMS
22.1 In order to facilitate a rapid communication with iDBUS, You have at your disposal an assistance number which is marked on all Tickets. Online claim forms are also available on the website in the “Help” section.
22.2 For Claims related to Orders, Passengers may contact Customers Service via the online form or by telephone at the number: 0844 369 0 37 (05p/min, plus network extras).
22.3 Any claim shall be sent via the online form or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address Customer service, iDBUS – Service Client BP 909, 92009 Nanterre cedex France. The claim shall be sent no later than 45 days from the date of failure to accomplish an obligation and shall be accompanied by the original of the Ticket, failure of which it will not be addressed.
23 APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT TRIBUNALS
23.1 The present Terms between You and iDBUS are submitted to English law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or their execution will be brought before the UK tribunals.
24 FINAL PROVISIONS
24.1 The fact that iDBUS did not prevail at a particular moment of any of these Terms cannot be interpreted as a waiver to the right to prevail of them at another time.
24.2 Each of the provisions of these Terms shall be separate and severable. Should any provision be declared null or unenforceable, it shall be deemed unwritten, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, except where the provision declared to be null or without effect was essential and decisive.
24.3 Data stored in iDBUS information systems regarding the Orders are prima facie evidence. Said data constitute admissible, valid and binding evidence with the same probative force as if they were drafted, received and recorded on paper.
