Officer responsible for providing assistance, coordination and traffic M/F

Your mission
To ensure that traffic runs smoothly: management of delays, breakdowns and unforeseen circumstances.
To guarantee the provision of a high-quality service to passengers: check satisfaction, monitor procedures, and confirm information provided by the drivers
Maintain regular contact with the different departments of the company, the drivers and the different partners.

Your profile
Minimum A levels plus two years’ further education and experience in a similar position
Fluent English – 2nd European language is an asset
Familiarity with IT tools
Personal characteristics: ability to manage emergency situations, rigorous and safety-conscious (passengers and co-workers), sense of service and good communication skills.

To provide assistance for drivers
To organise and manage the staffing schedules
To plan vehicle maintenance services
To monitor site progress
To guarantee that all processes run smoothly in order to ensure passenger satisfaction
Manage the advanced payments

Your profile
Minimum A levels plus two years’ further education in passenger transport plus at least 5 years’ experience in operations/management and mastery of the tools of the trade
In possession of a D driving license obtained at least one year ago
Valid D+FIMO/FCO driving license
English strongly recommended
Personal characteristics: rigorous, team spirit, autonomous, sense of initiative, communication skills, reactive.

We offer
Open-ended contracts – shift system from Monday to Sunday
Salary: fixed + performance bonus (according to experience)
Occasional travel required.
