Reservations
When you reserve your ticket, please mention that you are, or are accompanying, a person with reduced mobility. Contact us to prepare your journey.
Departure station
Contact our Passenger Services department to make an appointment on the day you travel. An iDBUS steward and captain will welcome you and look after you before the other passengers.
On board your iDBUS coach
iDBUS coaches are equipped with a special, comfortable space for passengers in wheelchairs.
At the destination
We arrange a special service for you on arrival until you leave the coach station.
