You want to reserve an iDBUS ticket? All it takes is a few clicks to plan your journey, choose your seat, and add a 2nd item of luggage in the hold if necessary.
Have you finished making your reservation? Don’t forget to print your ticket before making your way to the station. You will need it to board your iDBUS. And it contains all kinds of useful information about your journey, including a map of the location of your departure and arrival stations.
Do you want to change your ticket? You can change your itinerary and the dates of your journey via ‘My reservations’ or by contacting our Passenger Services department up to 12 hours before departure. If you choose a lower price than your current ticket, you will receive a voucher that is valid on www.idbus.com for your next reservation (see the conditions).
Useful information
- Your ticket is made out in your name.
- To board your iDBUS, you will have to present a valid Identity Card as well as your ticket.
- Please keep your ticket with you until you arrive at your destination. You will need it to get back on the bus after a stop for example.
